Authentication

Usernames and Passwords are not handled directly by Moyae, and are instead stored and secured by Auth0, Moyae's Identity Provider. Auth0 provides functionality for multi-factor authentication via phone SMS 6-digit verification. This feature is turned off by default and can be turned on through a request to admin@moyae.com for a provider NPI tenant.  Please see the "MFA" Section in the API documentation for additional details and context. Additionally, prescribers may turn on MFA for SMS 6-digit verification for our electronic prescribing module also.
